Anita Canta is an attorney at CMS in Amsterdam.

Anita is part of the Commercial group with a focus on distribution and franchising. She has extensive experience in drafting franchise agreements, amending them and supervising the start-up of and changes within franchise organizations. In addition, Anita mediates and litigates in disputes between franchisor and franchisee.

Anita is a member of the Dutch Franchise Association (NFV) and sits on the legal committee and the committee that reviews contracts for new members. In addition, she is an active member of the Association for Distribution Franchise and Agency Law.

Anita also deals with (international) contracts (cooperation, agency, distribution, assignment) and general terms and conditions.
